Food products such as fresh meat or cheese are often bought in plastic trays or bowls. The film closing these items is a top seal film.
A top seal film is a mono film, or a laminated construction made of PET, OPA, PE or another material. Recyclable barrier films are also an option.
Various reduced sizes are an option with the current machine tolerances are possible. We adjust the composition and the thickness thereof to the tray, the plastic bowls or the thermoformable film that you are using. The result is a top seal film with an adequate barrier value. The result is a longer shelf-life of your packaging.
